How to measure your finger
For the most reliable result, measure the finger on which you plan to wear your Nodia Ring. The strip should feel comfortably snug and still pass over your knuckle.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are naturally at their fullest.

Wrap the printable paper sizer around your finger, mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
Check the knuckle
If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size between the two readings.
Compare with the chart
Find the closest circumference below. Between two sizes? Choose the larger size for an easier, more comfortable fit.

How should a Nodia Ring fit?
Your ring should feel secure without pressure. It should slide over the knuckle with gentle resistance and sit comfortably at the base of your finger.
What is the Free Size option?
Free Size is our recommended choice for a first order. We send you a complimentary Nodia Sizing Kit so you can test real sizes at home before confirming the fit that feels best.
When is the best time to measure?
Measure near the end of the day at a comfortable room temperature. Fingers can be smaller when cold and slightly fuller after heat, exercise or travel.
What if I am between two sizes?
Choose the larger size, especially if your knuckle is wider or your fingers tend to swell. A slightly roomier fit is generally more comfortable for daily wear.
Should I measure both hands?
Yes. The same finger can differ between your left and right hand, so always measure the exact finger on which you plan to wear your Nodia Ring.
