These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Nodia’s website, App, community, connected Ring, content and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nodia is a social jewelry experience. Ring and App features may change, require compatible devices, connectivity, software updates, a subscription, or permissions. The shared heartbeat is a social feature of the Nodia community app and is not medical advice or a medical measurement.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions or availability, limit quantities, or cancel an order where permitted by law. Prices, promotions and product specifications may change. Your purchase may also be governed by any product warranty, return policy or checkout terms presented to you.

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the license below. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive or harmful content; impersonate others; misuse the community; scrape data; or interfere with the Services. We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action to protect the community and comply with law.

When you post content to the Nodia community, you grant Nodia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote and improve the Services. For public content, campaign submissions or content you tag or submit for sharing, this license may include featuring that content on Nodia’s website, social channels, email and marketing materials. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Nodia and its licensors own the Services, designs, software, trademarks, content and other intellectual property. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or exploit them.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party products, platforms or payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. Nodia is not responsible for third-party content or services except where required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation, or that community content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for a breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law specified at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
